Christopher Lyon

Dr. Christopher Lyon is a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, focusing on the social dimensions of resilience in addressing global environmental challenges such as climate change and resource depletion. His current research examines the role of phosphorus in Britain's food system resilience. Lyon holds a PhD from the University of Dundee and an MSc from the University of Alberta, building on his undergraduate work at Menno Simons College (MSC) where he developed foundational ideas in his field. His interdisciplinary approach integrates social, natural sciences, and humanities, reflecting his teaching philosophy inspired by MSC's interactive methods.
