Christopher L. Kowalski, EdD, is a Professor in the Department of Recreation, Tourism and Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI), where he has worked since 2000. His research focuses on youth work and leadership, coaching, and self-efficacy in recreation. He co-authored eight books on youth development and delivered over 50 presentations on related topics.
