Christopher Hopkins

Dr. Christopher Hopkins is a Professor of Music Composition and Music Technology at Iowa State University (ISU). He holds a DMA from Cornell University and has taught at institutions including the University of Illinois and Syracuse University. His research integrates electroacoustic music, algorithmic logic, and historical music analysis. He leads initiatives like the Galilei Dialogues and Music genGraph, applying graph theory to composition. Hopkins directs ISU's Center for Excellence in the Arts and Humanities and developed interdisciplinary programs in music technology.
