Christopher Hartwell

Christopher Hartwell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cinema, Media Arts, and Writing at Houston Christian University's College of Arts and Humanities. He holds a BA in Cinema & Media Arts from Biola University and focuses on film production, directing, and writing in his teaching.

His prior role at the Walt Disney Company involved training and directing character performers, developing international curricula, and managing logistics for over 100 employees. He also produced over 200 episodes of The Hart Beat, a film and television review series, and worked as a freelance videographer covering events like Comic-Con and Star Wars Celebration.
