Christopher Baird

Christopher Baird is a Lecturer in the International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing (IBEM) department at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast. He holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, organizational ethics, and stakeholder relationships, with an emphasis on the influence of speed and power dynamics. He coordinates the Business Start-Up module, contributing to teaching and curriculum development in entrepreneurship and business strategy.

Research interests include social entrepreneurship, ethics, and critical theoretical frameworks such as Pierre Bourdieu's concepts of resonance and field theory. His work explores how organizational practices and entrepreneurial decision-making intersect with broader societal and ethical considerations.
