Christoph Turck

Prof. Dr. Christoph Turck is a Research Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry in München, Germany, specializing in proteomics and biomarker discovery for psychiatric disorders. His work focuses on identifying molecular biosignatures to complement clinical diagnoses and improve treatment stratification through high-throughput proteomics and metabolomics platforms.

He collaborates extensively with clinician scientists and participates in international academic networks such as the LMU Biochemistry Metabolomics Research Group and the Molecular Psychiatry Association. His research aims to bridge imprecise DSM-based clinical parameters with objective molecular data.
