Christina Svens is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in Theater Studies at the Department of Culture and Aesthetics, Stockholm University. Her research focuses on gender perspectives in theater, migration-related themes in contemporary performing arts, postcolonial and intercultural theater, dramaturgy, and theater for children and young people. She directs the doctoral program in theater studies and supervises ongoing thesis projects.
