Christina Sutton

Christina Sutton is a Senior Lecturer in the English and University Composition Program at Colorado State University, where she has taught since 1998. She holds a secondary degree in English from CSU (1991) and focuses on effective communication, particularly in STEM fields. Her research interests include composition theory, rhetoric, and empowering scientists to communicate effectively. She authored Rhetorical Readings for the Science Writer, a text supporting scientific communication. Sutton also advocates for student-veterans, integrating their military experiences into academic writing, and supports initiatives like CSU Ready to bridge high school and university education.
