Christin Schmidt

Christin Schmidt is a Research Associate at the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology, affiliated with the Professorship for Life Sciences Didactics under Prof. Dr. Claudia Nerdel. Since March 2025, she has contributed to the KoKon project focusing on teacher cooperation in digital school development. Previously, she served as a student assistant at the same institution (2023-2024) and completed an academic stay at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

Schmidt's research explores digital pedagogy in teacher collaboration and gender dynamics in technical education, evidenced by her master's thesis Why interested women stay away from technical disciplines. She maintains office hours by appointment at the Munich campus.
