Christiane Fischer

Christiane Fischer is a Visiting Assistant Professor of German Studies at Hamilton College, specializing in 20th- and 21st-century German literature, film studies, and media theory. Her research focuses on the intersection of digital media and German cinema, with particular emphasis on Harun Farocki's digital installations. Fischer holds a Ph.D. from Rutgers University and a B.A. from the University of Vienna, Austria.
