Christian Scheiding

Christian Scheiding is a Researcher at the Centre for Sustainability Management (CSM) at Leuphana University, affiliated with the Professorship for Sustainability Management. He joined CSM in May 2023, contributing to the KuNaH project on transformative sustainability learning in universities. His doctoral research focuses on 'Sustainability Positioning in Organizations,' exploring organizational and behavioral science perspectives. Prior roles include research in the GreenSkills4VET project, addressing sustainability skill integration in vocational education.

He holds an M.Sc. in Sustainable Economics and Management from the University of Kassel (2014–2017). His research employs qualitative, reconstructive methodologies to analyze sustainability-related behaviors of individuals and organizations.

Key projects include advancing sustainability education frameworks and organizational sustainability strategies. Current affiliations emphasize interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability challenges within academic and vocational contexts.
