Christian Hofmann

Christian Hofmann is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS), where he has been since 2013. He serves as Deputy Director of the Centre for Banking & Finance Law and Head of Central Banking and Financial Regulation at the same institution. His roles also include Deputy Director of the Centre for Asian Legal Studies. Hofmann holds an LLM in Global Business Law (NYU), an LLM in Corporate and Financial Services Law (NUS), and a professorial qualification (Habilitation) from Humboldt University of Berlin, alongside other advanced legal credentials.
