Christian F. Ostermann

Dr. Christian F. Ostermann is a historian specializing in the Cold War, East Germany, and Soviet flashpoints. He currently serves as the Director of the History and Public Policy Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and holds a Research Fellow position at the National Security Archive, affiliated with George Washington University.
