Christian E. ROQUES is a Lecturer in Germanic Studies at the UFR Letters and Human Sciences, University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. His research focuses on Contemporary German Civilization, the History of Political Thought, and Political Romanticism, with emphasis on 20th-century Germany, ordoliberalism, and the reception of Machiavelli’s ideas.
