Christa Tobler

Christa Tobler is a Professor of European Law at the University of Basel's European Institute and Leiden University. She specializes in EU law, legal equality, and Switzerland-EU bilateral relations. Her research focuses on indirect discrimination, EU-Swiss institutional agreements, and Brexit implications. Tobler holds a habilitation in public law from the University of Basel and has extensive international experience, including teaching at Leiden's advanced EU law programs.
