Chris Tolbert

Chris Tolbert serves as a Practitioner-in-Residence in the Department of Sustainable Technology and the Built Environment at Appalachian State University, teaching courses including Energy Issues and Technology, Advanced Electric Vehicle Design II, Sustainable Transportation, and Solar Vehicle Design.
