Dr Chris Low is a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University within the Carnegie School of Sport. He joined the Sports Coaching team in 2014 after serving as a Senior Lecturer in Biomechanics and Director of Gymnastics at Leeds Gymnastics Club (2012-2014). With a 1st class honours degree from the University of Leeds and a PhD in Biomechanics of Rock Climbing, he combines academic expertise with practical coaching experience at Commonwealth Games, World Championships, and World Cup levels.
