Dr. Chris Gaviglio is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Southern Queensland, based in the School of Health and Medical Sciences. He contributes to the Master of Strength and Conditioning program, blending over 20 years of elite sport experience with academic teaching and research. His work bridges applied coaching and scientific research, particularly in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training and athlete performance optimization.
