Chris E. Vargas is an Assistant Professor of Art at Western Washington University, affiliated with the College of Fine and Performing Arts. He is the Executive Director of MOTHA (Museum of Transgender Hirstory & Art), an institution dedicated to trans art and cultural contributions.
