Dr. Chong Yit Sean (Esther) is an Associate Professor in the Management Department at Monash University Malaysia and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). She previously worked at Accenture and the National Healthcare Group, Singapore. Her research focuses on service management, higher education, career development, consumer psychology, and neurodiversity leadership. Funded by Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education, her work employs interdisciplinary approaches like behavioral neuroscience and narrative enquiry.
