Chloe Powell

Chloe Powell, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine (Clinician Educator) at the University of Southern California. A graduate of USC's Primary Care Physician Assistant Program (1994), she holds a Master's from the University of Nebraska (2003) and a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg (2020). With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in pre-clinical training of technical skills and clinical rotation support.

Her research focuses on medical education methodologies and healthcare workforce development, notably as principal investigator for a $3.25M HRSA grant providing scholarships for disadvantaged PA students. She has published in peer-reviewed medical and PA education journals.
