Chloe Agg

Chloe Agg is a Principal Teaching Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London's Faculty of Engineering. She serves as the Student Experience Champion and leads the department's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) module, focusing on student wellbeing, closing racial attainment gaps, and enhancing departmental inclusivity. With dual expertise from academia and industry—including medical device design engineering and building services consulting—she integrates authentic industry perspectives into teaching engineering design and professional skills.

Her research centers on Engineering Education pedagogy, EDI frameworks in engineering, and Built Environment applications. She actively contributes to CIBSE's EDI Committee as a specialist and conducts outreach through initiatives like the Royal Academy of Engineering's "Bedtime Stories for Very Young Engineers" project.
