Chip Becker

Chip Becker is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he teaches state constitutional law and formerly taught appellate advocacy. He is also a practicing attorney at Kline & Specter, P.C., specializing in personal injury and appellate litigation.
