Professional experience highlights include research consultancy with Garden of Hope and the Children and Family Research Center at National Taiwan University, panel membership on New York State's Evidence-based Programs & Strategies Review Panel, and prior service as a Prevention Officer at the Taichung City Police Department in Taiwan.

She has held adjunct faculty positions at the University of Delaware's Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice (2023-2024) and Taiwan Police College (2013-2018), alongside research roles at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (2022-2024) and the University at Albany (2019-2023).
