Cheryl Moore

Dr. Cheryl Moore is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business at Mercyhurst University's Walker College of Business. She serves as faculty advisor for the Accounting Association and contributes to professional organizations as chair of the Annual Campaign Committee for Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania and Associate Board Member for the Pittsburgh chapter of the Institute for Management Accountants (IMA).

Her research focuses on organizational leadership and workplace behavior, particularly examining impacts of workplace bullying and pandemic-related disruptions on business education and professional development. Recent publications analyze bystander experiences in manufacturing environments and pandemic effects on business student competencies.

Dr. Moore combines academic work with business leadership as CEO of Prestige Countertops & Services and co-owner of Enchanted Beginnings Wedding and Event Venue. She resides in Corry with her husband Dan, family, and three chihuahuas, pursuing hobbies like painting and beach activities.
