Cheng Ting-Wen

Cheng Ting-Wen is a PhD student in the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies at National Chengchi University, Taiwan, and a Visiting Fellow at the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan (January–February 2023). She holds an MA in Public Policy and Management from Shih Hsin University. Her research focuses on cross-strait youth exchange programs, political and social dynamics in mainland China, and the operation of party-government systems and public policy formulation.
