Chern Chen is a Research Fellow at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, specializing in the History of German-Taiwan Relations and Modern Military History of Germany. His career spans over two decades, including roles as Associate Research Fellow (2005–2018) and Assistant Research Fellow (1997–2005).
