Chelsea Walker

Chelsea Walker is a Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain and Sustainable Futures at Sheffield Business School, part of the College of Business, Technology and Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University. She joined as an Associate Lecturer in 2020 and transitioned to a full-time Lecturer role in 2022, later advancing to Senior Lecturer. A Hallam alumnus with over 10 years in the university community, her academic leadership includes module leadership for Business Intelligence and Modelling, Data and Business Decisions, and Consultancy Projects. She currently leads the Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership degree apprenticeship program and is pursuing a Senior Leadership MBA.

• Teaching Roles: Delivers modules across Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Management, and Engineering/Maths departments at foundation to postgraduate levels.
• Leadership: Module development, taught delivery, and collaboration with course leaders in curriculum design.

Research interests focus on data-driven decision making and practical industry engagement through consultancy projects. Prior industry experience includes roles in food and retail business development. She also serves as a school governor in a local academy trust, contributing to educational governance.
