Chelsea Morroni

Chelsea Morroni is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Liverpool, affiliated with the Deanery of Clinical Sciences and the Centre for Reproductive Health. Her research focuses on pharmacological interventions in reproductive health, particularly pain management during medical abortion and clinical trial methodologies. She leads multiple international projects funded by the National Institute for Health Research and the Wellcome Trust, addressing maternal healthcare quality, sexual health in pregnancy, and genomic epidemiology of sexually transmitted infections in Africa.

Her work spans both primary research and systematic reviews, with publications in The Lancet and Contraception.
