Chelsea Modlin, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Berman Institute of Bioethics. Her research focuses on global health ethics, equity in clinical trials, and antimicrobial resistance. Previously, she served as a clinical fellow in Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins and completed the J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Residency Program at Emory University with distinctions in Global Health and Leadership in Teaching. She was a Hecht-Levi Fellow, jointly appointed at the Berman Institute and the Wellcome Center for Ethics and Humanities at the University of Oxford.
