Dr. Chelsea LeNoble is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program at the University of Central Florida (UCF), within the College of Sciences. Her research focuses on workplace resilience, burnout prevention in critical occupations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She holds faculty affiliations with Clemson University School of Health Research and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Greenville's Department of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. LeNoble earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, followed by postdoctoral work at Clemson University and Prisma Health. Her research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, and others. She consults with organizations across academia, industry, military, and nonprofits, specializing in survey design and analysis.
Her work emphasizes societal challenges requiring cross-disciplinary solutions, such as clinician resilience during crises and healthcare leadership development. She currently accepts students for Fall 2025.
