Chasey Ikuvbogie Omere

Dr. Chasey Ikuvbogie Omere is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. She is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Omere received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine and completed both her OBGYN residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at UTMB in Galveston. She is a recipient of the Golden Apple Award for medical student education, highlighting her commitment to teaching.

Her clinical interests focus on maternal disease, fetal growth abnormalities, and preterm labor. Her research spans critical areas including preterm labor, fetal growth abnormalities, hypertensive disease in pregnancy, and pharmacology in pregnancy.
