Charrika Williams serves as an Assistant Professor and Nurse Practitioner at Baylor College of Medicine within the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy, based at the Baylor Medicine McNair Campus in Houston, Texas.

• MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Prairie View A&M University

Williams specializes in clinical vascular surgery with concentrated expertise in managing Peripheral Artery Disease and End Stage Renal Disease patients requiring hemodialysis access. Her clinical practice builds on over a decade of nursing experience, including foundational work at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Head and Neck Surgery and Stem Cell Transplantation since 2010, followed by four years dedicated to vascular surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.
