Charlotte Sterling is a Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast's School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences, affiliated with the Centre for Public Health. Her work focuses on public health, epidemiology, and aging-related research, contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals. She holds a PhD in Diet, Lifestyle, and Musculoskeletal Health from Queen's University (2010).
Research interests include dietary patterns, cardiovascular risk, cognitive outcomes in aging populations, and the exposome.
