Dr Charlotte Lewandowski is the Associate Dean (Student Attainment) at Birmingham Newman University, focusing on initiatives to enhance student success, retention, and progression. Prior to this, she served as Head of Applied Arts and Humanities and Programme Lead for History, where she achieved Top 10 rankings in the Guardian University Guide and 100% student satisfaction in the National Student Survey (2020).
Her research interests include student attainment, academic success, coaching and mentoring in higher education, and interdisciplinary humanities. She is currently working on a forthcoming publication on academic life coaching (SEDA/Routledge, 2025).
