Dr. Charlotte Hopkins is a Senior Lecturer in Marine Conservation at the University of Hull, affiliated with the School of Environmental Sciences within the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Her research focuses on marine conservation strategies, particularly human interactions with marine ecosystems, shark conservation, and ocean literacy. She leads the Ocean Literacy PhD cluster and co-leads the Rewild PhD cluster, emphasizing marine rewilding.
