Charlotte Both

Charlotte Both is a doctoral candidate and university assistant at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, affiliated with the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management. She works at the Institute for Production Management, supporting Professor Miriam Wilhelm in teaching sustainable operations courses and advising students.

Her research focuses on the sustainable transformation of value chains, examining paradoxes and tensions in organizational sustainability integration and unintended consequences of sustainability initiatives.
