Charlie Korda

Charlie Korda is an Adjunct Professor in Counseling Psychology at the School of Professional Psychology and Health. Her expertise includes Expressive Arts Therapy, Drama and Movement Therapy (Sesame Method), and addiction recovery. She has extensive clinical experience across India, Romania, the UK, and the US, spanning 20 years in addiction-focused work.

Education:

• MA in Counseling Psychology from the Central School of Speech and Drama
• MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of London (2001)

Research & Practice: Korda integrates 5Rhythms and Open Floor methodologies into therapeutic practices, trained under Gabrielle Roth (2011) and Dr. Andrea Juhan (2016). Her work emphasizes holistic approaches for marginalized populations and addiction recovery, blending artistic expression with clinical techniques.
