Charles J. Johnson is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Department of Management. He holds a BA in History from Trinity College (Connecticut, 1978) and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (1982). His professional experience includes over three decades as a partner in prominent law firms such as Choate, Hall & Stewart (2002-2015), Hill & Barlow (2001-2002), and Finnegan, Hickey, Dinsmoor & Johnson (1986-2001). Since 2015, he has been actively involved in academia, focusing on teaching Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics. He also serves as Managing Director and Member of the Investment Committee at Maroon Venture Partners Fund since 2017.
