Charles G. Shields

Dr. Charles G. Shields is a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Politics and International Relations at Florida International University. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Florida (expected 2018) with a focus on American politics and political institutions. His research examines legislative politics, framing and rhetoric in political discourse, and the U.S. Congress.
