Charles-Clemens Rüling

Charles-Clemens Rüling is Professor of Organization and Management at Université Savoie Mont Blanc, holding an HDR in Management Sciences and doctorates in economic/social sciences. He is a permanent member of the IREGE research laboratory and former Director of Research at Grenoble Ecole de Management.

His teaching focuses on organizational theory and research methodologies. Research examines institutional dynamics, collective trust development, and technological transformations in healthcare. He coordinates the 'Public Trust in Health' chair and previously served as associate editor for Long Range Planning.

Rüling's publications analyze field-configuring events, organizational responses to complexity, and institutional maintenance in transnational contexts. Recent work examines partnership evolution in global health and failure mechanisms in collaborative platforms.
