Charlene Rodrigues is a Postdoctoral Clinical Fellow and Paediatric Infectious Diseases Specialist at the University of Oxford's Maiden Lab. Her research focuses on genomic epidemiology of childhood infections, particularly Neisseria meningitidis, aiming to improve disease prevention and clinical management. She is affiliated with the Wellcome Trust Advanced Course in Genomics and Clinical Microbiology, co-leading the HCAI theme, and contributes to St George's University of London's MSc in Genomics.
