Charlene Baker is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She has held faculty positions since completing her PhD in Community Psychology at Georgia State University in 2002, with prior academic training including an MA in Community Psychology (Georgia State University, 1999) and a BS in Psychology (Michigan State University, 1996).
