Charikleia Bali

Charikleia Bali is a Researcher at the Department of History and Archaeology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), affiliated with the Laboratory of Historical Research and Documentation. She holds a PhD in Modern and Contemporary Greek History from NKUA (2014) and a Master's degree from the same institution (2004). Her research focuses on institutional history, particularly the University of Athens during the interwar period and 1940s, as well as educational organization in the Dodecanese post-Union with Greece (1946–1947).

She has contributed to NKUA's institutional history projects (2000–2007) and co-authored the comprehensive volumes Ευεργέτες και δωρητές του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (Volumes A and B), documenting the university's benefactors. Her work appears in academic journals, conference proceedings, and collaborative publications. She is an active member of the Greek Society of Education Historians (ELEIE) and the Society of Greek Archivists (EAE).

Her research emphasizes archival analysis and institutional memory, bridging historical scholarship with educational policy studies. Despite no listed articles here, her published works reflect deep engagement with Greece's 20th-century socio-educational dynamics and institutional frameworks.
