Chantel Haughton

Chantel Haughton is an Assistant Professor at the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University. Her research examines how compounding stressors impact the well-being of families, particularly Black and Latinx families, focusing on communication processes like social support, confirming/disconfirming messages, and conflict that affect personal and relational health.
