Changyan He

Dr. Changyan He is a Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) in Medical Engineering at the University of Newcastle, Australia. With a PhD from Beihang University and postdoctoral experience at the University of Toronto and The Hospital for Sick Children, he leads research in advanced surgical robotics. His work focuses on transforming traditional surgeries into safer, precise alternatives through magnetic microrobots, continuum manipulators, and intelligent control frameworks.
