Chang Kyu Kwon

Chang Kyu Kwon is Assistant Professor in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership at the University of Illinois. His research transforms organizational practices through inclusive learning frameworks.

Work focuses on creating psychologically safe environments that bridge power divides, particularly regarding disability inclusion in education and workplaces. International projects span South Korea, Japan, Peru, and Taiwan.

Honors include the Swanson Research Excellence Award (2022) and Cutting Edge Award (2019). Recent publications advance critical HRD methodologies and expose systemic ableism in academic settings.
