Professor Chan Eng Soon is a distinguished academic and administrator at the National University of Singapore (NUS) with over three decades of contributions to marine and offshore engineering. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine, Singapore, and Director of Research Administration at ODPRT, NUS, he has held pivotal roles including Dean of Engineering, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, and Executive Director of the Centre for Offshore Research and Engineering.
