Chadwin Sandifer is a Professor and Executive Associate Dean at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences of Fairleigh Dickinson University. As Chief Innovation Officer for FDU Health, he has been instrumental in founding and expanding the College since 2011, leading its accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education—a historic first for New Jersey. He designed over 75,000 square feet of adaptive learning spaces, including specialized labs for sterile compounding, patient assessment, telehealth, and interprofessional simulation, aligning with USP Chapter <797> standards.
His academic focus spans healthcare education, service-learning pedagogy, and leadership in higher education. He teaches courses in service-learning and pharmacy education across the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, School of Education, and School of Public and Global Affairs, emphasizing culturally competent approaches to wellness, geriatrics, pediatrics, and marginalized populations.
