Cem Sarica is the Floyd M. Stevenson Distinguished Professor of Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa, serving as Interim Chair of the Department and Director of three industry-supported consortia: TU Fluid Flow Projects (TUFFP), TU Paraffin Deposition Project (TUPDP), and TU Horizontal Well Artificial Lift Projects (TUHWALP). He holds a Ph.D. from The University of Tulsa and M.S./B.S. degrees from Istanbul Technical University.

Research Interests: Cem specializes in multiphase flow dynamics, flow assurance, horizontal well artificial lift systems, and CO2/H2 flow behavior in pipelines. His work addresses challenges in energy production through experimental validation and mechanistic modeling.
